Job Description
VANRATH are pleased to be working with an established online learning solution provider on their search for a support technician to join their team. This position can be fully remote for candidates in the UK & Ireland. Experience with Moodle & Totara learning platforms are essential to be considered for the role.
The Role
- Providing technical support to customers via phone & support portal
- Using troubleshooting skills to provide solutions for problems
- Install, upgrade and maintain applications
- Analyse customer feedback to help improve services
- Work with the wider support team to ensure operations run smoothly
- Previous experience in a support role
- Experience with Moodle & Totara platforms is essential
- Ability to work with a wider remote team
- Right to work in UK
