Overview
We are recruiting a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst to join our growing team.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT & application support as well as being involved in on-going project work. Examples of your responsibilities are to gather information on IT service issues and map operational business issues to the underlying application and infrastructure architecture, investigate and resolve IT and application incidents, and triage IT incidents.
The role will be required at least 1 day a month in the Reading office.
We\'re looking for someone with the ability to understand and extract key information from investigations, experience working within an ITIL framework, and with excellent communication skills.
