Bright Purple are working with a bespoke software house whose product suite is used by hundreds of Banking, Financial Services and Fintech clients globally to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their cash operations. The organisation has a deep understanding of software solution development and designing products that will allow their customers to operate with the knowledge and assurance that cash flow, account management, liquidity and payments are all compliant and operationally ready. You will be supported and given full training on the bespoke software and technology - becoming an expert in the product - and be given autonomy to work on new and upcoming projects. You will be given the tools and knowledge to resolve any issues, and for those that require extra support you will have the full backing of the Service and Development teams. You will be joining a close knit team, in a company that is keen to support their employees and help them reach their career goals. This position sits within the Application Support and primarily helps with 1st and 2nd line support of the product which is based on IIS and SQL, therefore would be suitable for someone with a background in technical or software application support. They are looking for someone with experience in IT/Application Support (with knowledge of ITIL principles) and basic SQL Querying to assist alongside two other Support Analysts in the team. There is real opportunity for progression within the organisation, and often people in this role move into development or Managed Service within a year or two.
What you\'ll need:
Prior experience as an Application Support Analyst using ITIL approach
Knowledge of SQL Server and basic Scripting
Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
Prior experience working within Financial services or with Facial service products would be a huge plus!
The position offers a salary of up to \xc2\xa345,000, depending on experience, and there are also optional on call shifts that offers additional renumeration.
