The role:




The main purpose of the job is to ensure the Partners and Financial Advisers are given a personalised application experience, supporting them on every step of the way through the application process. Working with key stakeholders across the business, your main responsibility will be to obtain the relevant information from potential recruits, identifying any potential risks/financial concerns and submit the recruit's application. You're also responsible for ensuring Salesforce is fully updated and all the required documents have been collated, to support a smooth and positive onboarding journey. You will collaborate closely with Senior managers in the Recruitment and Regulatory Authorisations team.


What you'll be doing:



Proactively ensure Partners and Advisers have the information they require during their application journey. Complete personalised application meetings with the recruits, via telephone, Teams or Zoom, to secure all the relevant Information and data to successfully submit the application for our Partners and Advisers. To provide tailored, operational and administrative support to Partners and Advisers regarding any operational issue or request they may have. Ensure all information is stored on Salesforce to provide correct MI and ensure reporting is accurate for payment reconciliations. Coordinate with managers in Recruitment, to ensure they are able to most effectively support the Partners and Advisers in their care, keeping them updated of where the recruit is in the process and any outstanding requirements Coordinate with teams outside of Recruitment, to ensure Partners and Advisers have a seamless experience. Submit our applications to RA, with all relevant Information required in line with our documented processes and procedures Submit all NAP Applications (individuals that are changing the current structure of their business) Create bespoke offer letters for new recruits in Lanes A & B. Supporting the wider Operations Team in the delivery of all business objectives, and contribute towards improving processes

Who we're looking for:




Job Functional Knowledge:


A good understanding of the lanes and steps model in Recruitment. Strong interpersonal ability, including empathy of the position of new Partners and Financial Advisers joining SJP. Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. A strong understanding of the operational processes required to support Partners and Advisers throughout Recruitment. Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities. Strong soft skills and confidence to ask probing questions to obtain the relevant information and have the ability to explore answers further, in order to preempt potential issues and risks Strong attention to detail and high quality of work

Essential Criteria




You must be able to work in the Manchester office where the team is currently based. A good understanding of the lanes and steps model in Recruitment. A strong understanding of the operational processes required to support Partners and Advisers throughout Recruitment Working knowledge of Salesforce Experience if having worked in a target driven environment (Desirable)
