The Opportunity
This leading US law firm are looking for a 1-4 years\' PQE associate to join their Antitrust/Competition team in their London office. The ideal candidate will have experience in matters that relate to EU and UK competition law and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills.
The Team
The firms award-winning antitrust practice is composed of 45 specialist lawyers located in the U.S., UK, Belgium, France, and Germany. Each of their lawyers focus on antitrust and is up-to-date on the latest cutting-edge developments in antitrust theory, enforcement priorities, legal developments, and case law.
Their antitrust lawyers have represented multinational clients in high-profile, complex matters involving merger control, abuse of dominance, private damages actions and cartel investigations before the European Commission and the Competition and Markets Authority.
Their clients include companies across a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and defence. Some of the major representations include Microsoft, and Telenor, which they act for in merger control and antitrust matters. They also advise clients on the UK\'s National Security and Investment Act.
Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified lawyer.
• Excellent training at a top tier firm.
• Experience managing a variety of tasks and working on multiple cases simultaneously.
• Native English language skills.
• Very strong academic background, with excellent analytical and communication skills - both written and verbal.
