Alpine Centre Staples Corner seeks to recruit a highly experienced Motor Retail Sales Executive.

Alpine is an exciting luxury sports brand with a rich history intertwined with Renault. Following it\'s revival in 2017, Alpine has defined itself as being at the forefront of innovation. The brand\'s next range will consist of a \'dream garage\' of 100% electric, sporty, exclusive and futuristic models for real life. Three new models are on the way between now and 2026, with a further four by 2030!

As our dealership\'s ALPINE EXPERT, you will be representing and marketing the brand to the general public and showcasing the A110 and forthcoming models to customers.

Based in Staples Corner (NW2), your role will involve sales and local marketing of the A110 and its variants, collecting initial deposits, upselling branded accessories, finance & insurance, warranties, service plans and care products with the objective of meeting or exceeding manufacturer targets. You will be cultivating leads, generating and setting appointments with serious customers, carrying out safe and secure test drives along prescribed routes, following up on customer appointments and completing deals.

Following a sale, you will be required to keep customers informed of the progress of their order and delivery progress. Post-purchase, you will also act as the customer\'s link to our Specialist Service Team for all elements of Aftersales care.

On a regular basis contributing to the Group\'s/dealership\'s Alpine Social Media channels and fan forums to help drive interest. Furthermore you will be our regular representative at local promotions and marketing events arranged in-house, by the manufacturer and by national owner clubs and high performance vehicle forums.

The successful candidate should be

• A current vehicle sales executive with a main dealer
• Your current remit must include NEW CARS, and preferably include sports performance-tuned or prestige models
• A Full UK Driver\'s license. For insurance purposes you must also be over the age of 25.

Note: this is not a trainee role. As the role involves driving powerful vehicles from the Alpine range and similarly-specced part exchanges from other makes and manufacturers, only current main dealer car sales executive employees will be considered for this role.

Hours of work

• 5 days per week on rota, which will include occasional Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Weekday(s) off in lieu on weeks where weekend work is on the rota
• One rota\'d weekend off per month
• 8:30am to 6pm weekdays
• Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm
• Sundays 10am to 4pm

In return we offer a basic salary of \xc2\xa325,000 per annum, uncapped commission, OTE \xc2\xa350,000 pa plus a company car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month\'s service.

We have a generous commission scheme in place for cars, finance and add-ons sold, along with an accelerator on units sold and a proportion of commission paid on order take.
