:

• Lead the digital modelling team, managing program workload and outputs to industry standards.
• Create digital models, based on 2D sketches/scan data/sections/designer\xe2\x80\x99s initial digital models.
• Use digital tools (Alias essential, ICEM surf a plus) and processes to deliver surface data with speed and accuracy.
• Create visualisations to support design and management reviews.
• Collate and exchange data for digital model assembly for prototyping and feasibility.
• Deliver data to downstream departments and assist with data transfer and development.

• Understanding of Industry standards for Automotive surfacing and ability to deliver Design intent with sensitivity to proportion, surface, and detailing.
• Strong team leadership and mentorship skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Alias is a must with knowledge of delivering quick, quality surfaces on specific needs.
• Understand the functional and feasibility requirements to iterate and deliver the design intent in the digital model.
• Should have the experience and capability to understand & solve complex surfaces and interfaces.
• Knowledge of Catia, Blender, Maya and other 3D modelling tools will be a plus.

• 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an automotive OEM or consultancy, with at least 3 production programs delivered.
• Degree/Diploma in Digital Modelling/Product Design/Transportation Design is a plus.
