The role
Manchester Airport is growing and we are looking for a Airport Marketing Lead to lead the direction and strategy of marketing plans for retail partners and commercial products, and drive the marketing agenda across the Airport to support business growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of physical and digital marketing planning and budgets relating to dedicated retail partners and commercial products. You will use your strong communication skills to work alongside wider business partners and stakeholders to align common commercial objectives and deliver campaigns to support the annual business plan.
What will make you successful in this role
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years experience in planning and executing multi-channel retail marketing campaigns. You will be energetic, passionate and personable leader who is able to develop long term relationships and respond quickly and positively to change, with strong communication and influencing skills. You will also be commercially focused with a keen eye for detail, and able to demonstrate a mindset that actively seeks out change, innovation and continuous improvement. The flexibility to be able to travel to your dedicated partners and attend evening/weekend events where required is also important for this role.
