Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Air Export Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of air export processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient export of goods while maintaining compliance with international regulations and customer requirements.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end air export shipments Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and overseas offices Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs entries, etc.) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Monitor and manage shipment schedules, resolving issues proactively Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates Support and mentor junior team members Contribute to process improvements and team development Assist in training and developing staff in preparation for a Team Leader role

Requirements:

export operations Strong knowledge of air export procedures, documentation, and regulations Familiarity with customs systems and export control requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills 5 years employment history and DBS check
