Join Gallagher's Employee Experience team and spearhead digital transformation We provide expert technology advice and insights for HR, communications, and business leaders globally, helping major brands and organisations revolutionise their digital workplaces.
In this role, you'll craft Gallagher's AI strategy, develop innovative AI propositions, and support sales teams to win new projects with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and large mid-market clients. Collaborate across our organisation to influence strategies and enhance capabilities, unlocking new value for clients through AI tools.

How you'll make an impact
Build and orchestrate the AI initiatives within Gallagher's consulting business, collaborating with multiple teams across projects within different industries
Develop a deep understanding of clients' challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can enable growth for their business
Lead matrixed cross-functional teams to deliver new understanding and capabilities within our team
Drive internal projects that support Gallagher's use of AI tools
Keep track of horizontal AI-related initiatives, both internal and in market, updating our strategies periodically
Lead the development of new AI business opportunities across all consulting business lines
Support colleagues in upselling AI services and growing our business with existing clients
Advise the business on a range of technology, strategy, and governance with AI
Become a motivating leader on AI both within the organization and beyond, taking an active role in the market
Develop a clear framework/approach for meeting annual revenue targets in collaboration with the LT
Develop outstanding processes to meet the evolving client needs, ensuring a joined-up and seamless experience for our customers across the engagement and outstanding delivery of projects
Energize the team culture to exceed client expectations and foster brand excellence
About You
Proven experience in delivery of multiple successful AI products or services into leading global brands
Technical knowledge and the ability to lead a conversation with a CTO / CIO
Hands-on 'deep' technical experience is a plus, but not crucial to this role
Experience in consulting, particularly within the digital transformation space
Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required by project and client needs
This is a leadership role, and so we are offering a competitive base salary in line with expectations at this level.
