Agricultural Supply Chain Support Specialist (maternity cover/ 12 months FTC)Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the Agricultural Supply Chain? Wexe2x80x99re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Agricultural Supply Chain Support Specialist. In this role, youxe2x80x99ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of key processes within our Livestock Division.Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently process and manage Purchase Order Requisitions and Receipts.Complete Trusted Supplier Reconciliation & Approvals promptly.Oversee bird movements, including old hen transactions, parent stock transfers, and final farm flagging for stock review and sign-off.Ensure data completeness and accuracy for both farm and factory records.Prepare Agri Scorecards and KPIs as required, investigating and resolving any data issues in the Mtech system.Provide administrative support for the Growing and Breeder functions.Produce reports, including weekly exception reports and reviews for the wider team.Key Skills and ExperienceEducation: GCSE level with Mathematics essential.IT Proficiency: Strong Excel skills are a must; Mtech experience is desirable.Prior experience dealing with internal and external customers is highly valued.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with precision.Analytical and detail-focused, with the capacity to adapt and implement new policies.A team player who fosters collaboration and supports team goals.Knowledge of the chicken industry would be advantageous.Systems KnowledgeMtech (Agriculture system)Protean / SAP (invoice processing)Microsoft Excel & WordOneDriveInternet ExplorerHealth & Safety CommitmentAs part of our team, youxe2x80x99ll contribute to maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Bird Welfare.
