In this role, you will be based in York and you will take the lead in ensuring the smooth running of a Dairy Farm where you will also act as a Mentor for a small number of Students that will shadow you on a daily basis and take part in the running of the Dairy Farm.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a farming or agriculture environment where you have strong knowledge of the various farming machinery and the commercial aspect of agriculture.

The role:

*Assist day-to-day husbandry and maintenance duties on the farm

The person:

*Have worked in a farming or agriculture environment.
*Extensive experience working on a commercial farm
*Candidates will hold a qualification in Agriculture or equivalent
