Job Description
Alistair Young Engineering Ltd is a family run business with over 40 years experience in the industry.
We hold premium franchises including Valtra, Merlo, McHale, Krone, Richard Western, JPM, Quicke, KRM, Bomford and Hi-Spec - providing full Sales and Aftersales support to a wide range of industries.
As a Service Technician, the candidate will be integral to providing support internally to the Service and Parts department, as well as externally to our customers.

Monday-Friday
08:00-17:00
Alternative Saturday work (+ seasonal overtime)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Perform diagnostics, services + repairs on agricultural machinery
Perform pre-delivery checks on new/used machinery
Follow company health and safety procedures
Complete job-related admin/reports
Ability to work as part of a team and work under own initiative
Knowledge of precision farming would be advantageous
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Great attention to detail
Ability to work extended hours and weekends (rota basis during seasonal periods)
Full UK driving licence
SKILLS :
Ability to work as an individual under own initiative
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work well under-pressure
Great customer service
Proactive in problem solving
Motivated and meticulous
