Our client is a well-established agricultural machinery company, offering a comprehensive range of new and used agricultural equipment.

The Role:

As an Agricultural Parts Manager reporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will \xe2\x80\xa2ensure smooth operation of the parts department.

Duties:

• Oversee parts department staff
• Collaborate with the Group Parts Manager
• Handle calls, assist customers, and engage with colleagues courteously
• Source and order parts, maintain optimal stock levels, and cultivate customer relationships
• Aid service engineers in procuring parts for service work

Training will cover dealer-backed online parts ordering systems and order input into the computer package.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Parts Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven people management experience
• Proficient computer skills are crucial
• Polite, efficient, and proactive communication skills
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and spares (Preferable)
• Familiarity with Ibcos Gold software (Beneficial)
