Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding Agricultural-experienced individual to take on this agri-sales management role, this company manufacturers products that are sold into the agricultural sector.This role is mainly office based (Ballymena), with some trips out of office to clients.Salary/ Benefits

- Experience in agri-sales, construction sales or related
- Management experience
- New business generation experience
- Familiar with pricing, quotations and contract negotiations
- A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business or related
- Understanding of agriculture industry regulations and sustainability practices
- Assist the Agri Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors.
- Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Support pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Train and mentor sales team members.
- Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence.
