This compelling opportunity to join a innovate and forward thinking global insurance group as an Agile Project Manager is one that will allow you to take ownership for the project management of the company\'s exciting products whilst also bringing your experience to act as the Scrum Master for the team, managing RAID logs, budgets, stakeholders and overall deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Agile team coach and mentor
• Liaising with multiple teams including stakeholders, product owners and architects to ensure the road map has been committed to.
• Foster a collaborative environment
• maintain and report on project status, RAID logs, and budget.
• Manage external and internal dependencies.
• Define the project\'s road map and scope/schedule

Role Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain complex issue to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion to continually improve yourself and the team
• Desire and confidence to express your own ideas
• Eagerness to explore new tools and improvement ideas
• Certified Scrum Master
• At least 3 years experience acting as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with distributing agile teams
• Experience working with agile project management tools such as ADO or Jira
• Previous experience of a broader role as an agile project manager
• Ability to successfully manage multiple project with competing priorities, resources and timelines.
