We\'re searching for an Agile Delivery Manager to join a rapidly growing tech consultancy in the Bristol area as they scale up their current programs of work. This business has grown out it\'s delivery and technology teams significantly over the last 12 months and we\'ve been lucky enough to support them through this process.
What you\'ll be doing As Delivery Manager/ Senior Delivery Manager you\'ll need a keen eye for detail as day to day you\'ll find yourself tracking budgets and schedules managing scope creating project plans monitoring ticket queues and identifying risk all alongside managing client relationships to the highest possible standard. As well as ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget it\'ll be up to you to ensure quality that will delight clients and will keep them coming back for more.
The services offered are software development consultancy and support and the projects range from creating tools integrations building bespoke systems replacing legacy systems app development website development and platform development.
What experience you\'ll need
You\'ll currently be working as a Digital Project Manager Agile Delivery Manager or a Delivery Manager.
You will have experience working on technology focused projects from Web design and build to bespoke software creation.
If you have experience using Umbraco Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Sitecore we definitely want to hear from you!
Experience of managing complex integration projects; if you don\'t have this experience you will need to have the desire to gain more technical experience and have the willingness to learn.
Demonstrable experience of managing large scale projects and working with sizeable budgets.
Solid estimating skills you\'ll have a good sense of what\'s possible (and what\'s not).
Strong track record of efficiency and process as well as enthusiasm for project management methodologies and a desire to produce the highest quality and productivity for clients.
To succeed in this role you will need first rate client management skills with the ability to manage expectations and handle multiple projects at one time.
