What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Wing Structure Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following;

Static Stress analysis, from first principles to FEM based analysis

Design \xe2\x80\x93 CATIA tools, configuration management and DMU

Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis

Digitalisation - automating processes using coding skills

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate:

Education to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study,

Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or any relevant fields.

Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English),

A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation,

The ability to be self aware, accepting feedback and acting upon it, willing to learn and driving your development.

What you will need to apply

Degree Type: Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher)

Specific experience or interests in the field of aerospace or engineering

Natural curiosity and excitement to explore

Excited to work in a dynamic and changing environment

Passion about Aerospace and the challenges of the civil aircraft market

Sensitivity to clients needs and ability to develop good client relationships

Proficient oral and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate well within a team

Good knowledge of coding and data analysis techniques is desirable but not essential
