This role will contribute to the growth in income and student numbers for UAL short courses through supporting agents who represent UAL Short Courses Ltd at our six colleges - Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (CCW), London College of Communication (LCC), London College of Fashion (LCF) and Central Saint Martins (CSM) as well as our customised training industry clients.
Working in the UAL short courses team and closely with the central Academic Enterprise international team, this role will be responsible for administration of the full agent booking process, including managing agent enquires, processing student bookings through agents, invoicing, contract administration and commission payments.
The post-holder will also assist with promotional activities for agents overseas and in the UK and develop and maintain good relations with international short course agents. This will include presenting UAL short courses to agents and students via online tools and hosting overseas visitors at UAL, including site tours and college briefings.
In addition, the post-holder will being a first point of client contact for our industry training clients across the Creative industries, in particular international luxury goods companies, design studios and international Art and Design schools and colleges. Support the sales funnel and supporting conversion for these clients through providing excellence customer support and client engagement.
About you
The successful candidate will need to be able to form strong relationships with our agents\' network and customised training and industry clients and maintain these relationship over time to support repeat bookings. They will be an experienced administrator, able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail, with experience delivering excellent customer service.
In addition, we are looking for an effective oral and written communicator with experience and/or a strong interest in the creative education markets and wider creative industries. The role will work across our colleges and sites, so you will be comfortable working flexibly in a busy fast paced environment.
