• Respond promptly to customer needs, effectively providing appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers
• Lead the department to meet revenue and profit projections
• Manage all external franchise warranty and service policies in a timely manner
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with franchises and suppliers
• Effectively manage a small team, with a positive outlook and drive for success

Skills you will need:
Essential:

• Ambitious and driven to achieve targets and company objectives
• Proven experience with agricultural machinery dealerships
• Good knowledge of the UK farming industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding customer services skills
• Exceptional organisational skills, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficient IT skills

Remuneration: A competitive salary, pension, company car and benefits package. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xc2\xa345,000.00-\xc2\xa355,000.00 per year Benefits:
