The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests while driving engagement and participation in club activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for community building, and the ability to educate both staff and members about the club's offerings.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and member satisfaction. Develop and implement programmes that engage members and promote participation in club activities. Educate staff on best practices for customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Foster a positive atmosphere by encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Monitor club facilities to ensure they are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for all users. Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance member experience. Organise events and activities that align with the interests of the club's membership base. Maintain accurate records of membership data, attendance, and financial transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and educate staff effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for community engagement and promoting a healthy lifestyle among members is highly desirable.
