Summary
Working in our After Sales Support department at Bolsover Cruise Club, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service as they plan their dream cruises.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Address any post-booking customer queries or concerns, providing timely and clear responses to inquiries related to their bookings, changes, cancellations, and other services
Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all queries are resolved with empathy and attention to detail.
Manage flight bookings, documentation, and post-booking queries via internal support bins.
Conduct updates or system actions as required to support individual customer journeys.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel, retail, or contact centre environments.
Strong multitasking and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing positively to team goals.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
