Following an internal move we have a vacancy for a field based role as a After Sales Performance Manager in the Network Operations Team. The role is to drive performance through great relationships with the Toyota Centres in Zone A3 (there\'s a map in the link at the bottom of this page). We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a confident change advocate who can build excellent relationships with external centres and internal stakeholders, helping reach sales targets of both new cars, used cars and accessories, supporting the performance and profitability of the centre network. After Sales Performance Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Whistle stop overview This is a pivotal role to support the performance and profitability for the centre network. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be based in the field (although we\xe2\x80\x99d still like to see you regularly at our Eco HQ in Epsom, Surrey) and work as part of the regional field team partnering specific centres. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, able to influence centres to achieve their targets. You\xe2\x80\x99ll gain credibility in the role by using facts to underpin your thoughts and what you are communicating. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with different centres and centre managers, from Corporate Groups to owner managed, so, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have to be a bit of a chameleon and have an adaptable approach, depending who you\xe2\x80\x99re dealing with. This is a fairly autonomous role in terms of planning your time and priorities, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the support of the wider team and manager to work together on key goals.
