What you'll bring to the table:
Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business applications.
Develop and implement database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Ensure database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and auditing.
Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL DBA in a Windows environment.
Proficiency in SQL Server (versions 2016 and above) and related technologies.
Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
Experience with database security best practices and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
