We are a thriving, reputable skin care clinic seeking a

Senior Aesthetician

to join our close-knit, professional team on a

full-time basis

.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, competent, and calm under pressure. You will be working with a loyal client base in a supportive, high-standard environment where attention to detail and patient care come first.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, experienced, assertive self starter, with excellent written and spoken English, smart and well presented. They will be professional, responsible, ambitious, organised and efficient. They will also be performance focused, have previous experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, and have knowledge and experience of working with all skin tones.

A minimum NVQ Level 3 is required, along with excellent waxing skills, proficiency and passion for skin treatments, and laser hair removal experience. Electrolysis skills are a bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities



You will be required to:

deliver an extremely high standard of customer care and treatment quality be honest, trustworthy and reliable be highly experienced and qualified in laser hair removal be proficient in waxing be passionate about results based skincare ensure a smooth client journey from consultation through to aftercare and follow up perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including device led procedures assist with admin, client relations, POS, ordering, etc to ensure a smooth running of the business work towards and achieve set sales and retail targets upsell treatments, packages and retail products build your column and client base, with a high retention rate undertake periodic training to ensure that skills, knowledge and competence are up to date maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the clinic at all times maintain accurate client records with treatment plans, recommendations, etc

Requirements



qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent a confident, smart, friendly, warm and approachable personality strong communication skills excellent interpersonal and presentation skills kind and compassionate with excellent client care skills self motivated and hard working calm, self-assured and solution oriented comfortable working independently and as part of a team highly knowledgeable, with a willingness to learn and grow ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends ability to use your own initiative good timekeeping, positive attitude self motivated and driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-15.00 per hour
