Salary and benefits: Up to \xc2\xa328,000 dependent upon experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

  • You\'ll work in partnership with the Workplace Adviser Distribution team and the Workplace Consultant team acting as a conduit between Distribution, Customer Operations and other key areas in the service
  • Support retention provision for our Workplace Advisers through the development and delivery of a bespoke suite of operational business solutions which support the wider business.
  • Be responsible for identifying internal continuous improvements in our Workplace Adviser provision
  • Spot issues and act quickly to mitigate and avoid negative consequences, this includes regulatory, financial, operational, reputational and conduct risk
What We\'re Looking For
  • Have a customer operations background ideally having workplace pension knowledge
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to gain appropriate support to meet adviser demand
  • Be highly organised and able to manage conflicting and varying demands, often under pressure
  • Great communication skills, being able listen and understand what is being asked and being able to deliver the answer both verbally and written
