Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Advertising & Event Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling advertising space across various platforms, including print & digital. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored advertising solutions that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the advertising industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs. Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our advertising solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between client campaigns and overall marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively in a competitive environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
