Intrepid Travel is looking for an Adventure Specialist to join our team in our London office. Our Adventure Specialists embody our sustainable travel values and are passionate about creating positive change through immersive travel experiences. In this role, you will provide exceptional sales and customer service across multiple channels to support our travel agents and direct customers. You will be responsible for connecting with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and providing expert guidance to help them plan and book their dream trips.
The salary for this position starts at \xc2\xa325,859 with the on target earnings/bonuses available! This is a full-time permanent position, offered on a hybrid basis, with a 7-day rotational roster including evenings and weekends.

A bit about you
Sales and Customer Service experience in any form!
Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations
Creative and solution-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Contact Centre experience in a multi-channel environment would be preferable.
Travel industry qualification and/or experience within the travel industry would be advantageous.
