We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:Are you a proactive and friendly individual who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others and promote development within your team?We have an opportunity for a Bank Advanced Support Worker in Tullibody for Bank/Casual shiftsAt this service we support a gentleman with complex Autism who lives in his own home in Tullibody.We are looking for an Advanced Support Worker who is patient and communicative and can help process change at his own pace. You will have experience of supporting others with complex Autism in the past and be reliable and have best interests at heart to provide person centred support.He loves going out for a drive in the car, so a UK driving license is essential. He also enjoys spending time with family and activities which are important to him. The staff team are very supportive and as well as supporting me with the things I enjoy, they also help with:

• Medication administration
• Cooking and shopping
• Assisting with personal care
• Maintaining my home and managing my finances
