NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the South West of England for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Assessment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out assessments & strive towards the highest level of diligence towards their service users.

Some responsibilities of this role include;
- Identify children and families who would benefit from early help.
- Undertake an assessment of the need for early help.
- Provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of a child.

- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
