Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist on behalf of an Acute Private Hospital in Enfield. Rated as "Good" by the CQC, this Private Hospital is part of a group that has previously won \xe2\x80\x9cPrivate Hospital Group of the Year\xe2\x80\x9d in LaingBuisson Awards.

This is a new and exciting opportunity which will require the APP to work alongside Orthopaedic Consultants as the first point of contact for all patients referred to the service. They will use their advanced assessment skills to refer on for scans, physiotherapy or orthopaedic surgery.

The post holder will be expected to provide clinical expertise, leadership and collaborate with all other clinicians working alongside them, becoming part of an MDT approach to enhance patient care in a musculoskeletal setting.

The Candidate

The post would suit an experienced MSK physiotherapist looking to expand on their clinical skills within a vibrant hospital team environment. This would suit an experienced band 7/8a equivalent, and ideally someone who has completed post-graduate studies.

\xe2\x80\x93 At least 5 years in MSK setting
\xe2\x80\x93 Used to requesting diagnostics
\xe2\x80\x93 IRMER trained
\xe2\x80\x93 Used to referring on for Orthopaedic surgery or surgical opinion.
\xe2\x80\x93 Undergoing post-graduate studies in relevant area
\xe2\x80\x93 Injection therapy would be an advantage
\xe2\x80\x93 Independent prescribing is optional but beneficial
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in different areas of Physiotherapist ie Neuro, Paediatrics, Inpatient Rotations
