The Role

You will:

Carry out

advanced skin consultations

using the

OBSERV skin analyser

Curate and deliver

bespoke treatment journeys

tailored to each client's skin goals Build lasting, trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction and loyalty Deliver a range of advanced treatments, including: Hydrafacial Chemical Peels Microneedling Focus Dual RF Microneedling HIFU Alma Harmony XL Pro Laser Byonik Laser Rejuvenation Alma PrimeX RF & Plasma Fractional Laser Tesla Former Advise on and prescribe skincare routines using

Obagi

,

Mesoesthetics, and other Medical Grade Skincare Brands

Maintain detailed records, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed Provide

supportive guidance to other therapists

and help train in advanced techniques Manage appointment diary, client records and communication using

clinic software (e.g. Phorest)

What We're Looking For

Minimum

5 years' experience

in aesthetics or advanced skin therapy

Practical expertise

in advanced skin/aesthetic treatments with strong knowledge of aftercare and complication management Ability to

train and mentor

other therapists confidently Exceptional

customer service

skills and a true passion for helping clients

Sales-orientated mindset

with a caring, ethical approach Comfortable working with

targets

and KPIs Strong

office and diary management skills
