Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a qualified social worker to join a team of social workers committed to improving outcomes for adults in West London. The start date for the role is 29/08/2023.
Essential qualifications for the role are:
- a social work degree or
- other professional qualification relevant to the role eg DipSW, CQSW or BASW
- HCPC registered.
The caseload allocated to the successful candidate will include, but not be limited to, adults in need and adults in need of protection.
Working with adults, families and other professionals, you will play a crucial role in undertaking assessments and care planning in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.
Importantly, you must work inclusively, ensuring service users are involved in decision making and that outcomes involve non-restrictive care plans.
