Job Description
We are recruiting for Disability Social Worker with the requisite experience and dedication to join our team in East of England on 12/01/2024.
Demonstrating highly developed, specialist knowledge of social work practice and HCPC registration, applicants will need to be flexible and able to work under pressure as they will be managing caseloads with various complexity. They should be focused around assessing and managing the risks involved in protecting vulnerable people.
Relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families is also required, along with a good working knowledge of the relevant legislation.
Tasks will include a contribution to regular monitoring and review of services, facilitating service improvement and ensuring resources are used effectively. Safeguarding and the promotion of welfare is central to the role and any research evidence should be applied in practice.
