Social Worker - Adults Social Care
Location: Bradford, West Yorks
Pay Rate: \xc2\xa335.00 per hour
Contract: locum, full time
CHC Social Worker needed to complete Care Act Assessments, DSTs and any follow up work required, including support planning to ensure service user needs are met. You would need to complete face to face assessments and DSTs, however only required to be office based one day per week.
To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a social worker.
