Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. We're looking for an Admissions Supervisor to join our team to help create memorable and unique experiences for our guests.
First and foremost, you'll be working out on the front-line within the attractions, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the admissions function, directing your team to actively improve visitor spends to exceed budgeted targets through product knowledge and effective upselling.
On a normal day, you'll be looking after ticket sales and queue line management as well as making sure there is a smooth and safe flow of guests throughout the attractions, all whilst leading from the front and ensuring that your team deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
You'll be responsible for the training and development of your team and will therefore adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest care and actively encourage and support new and innovative ideas from your team.
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days. Due to our business being open all year round we require full availability, including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ability to work with colleagues effectively and manage a large team.
Increased health and safety awareness
Strong customer service skills and the confidence to be able to deal with a high volume of guests daily, as well as lead a team
Experience of working to a high standard within a high pressurised environment, ideally within the retail, hospitality or entertainments industry
Can take responsibility, step up, and take the lead when the pressure's on, thinking on your feet, personally handling operational problems, and turning complaints into positive experiences.
