We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Responsibilities
Inputting Supplier Invoices and allocating correctly
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
Ensuring Supplier information is kept up to date
Keeping project records updated
Maintain a clean and organised office environment, ensuring all areas are presentable.
Producing Tracking Reports.
Checking and entering Timesheets electronically
Qualifications
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good Understanding of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
