About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our shop/office team. You will play a key role in providing customer service to our trade & public customers. A generous bonus scheme is included in the package.

A love of dogs and knowledge of raw feeding is essential as you will be speaking face to face with customers and helping them with any issues they have. So please take note that only people with knowledge of raw feeding need apply.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services. Office admin, answering phones and emails etc Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy. Participate in promotional activities and assist with merchandising efforts. Organise routes for delivery using in-house software

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
