What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for: \xc2\xb7 Managing telephone calls some of which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature, from schools, parents, health professionals and other agencies. \xc2\xb7 Recording and relaying messages. \xc2\xb7 Providing non-clinical information and sign posting. \xc2\xb7 Generating and responding to e-mails and forwarding to other team members as required. \xc2\xb7 General IT work (file management, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, supporting staff with clinical recording systems). \xc2\xb7 Filing, mostly electronic and but some paper filing. \xc2\xb7 Office systems organisation eg. Booking clinic appointments. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn the following whilst working at the trust: \xc2\xb7 An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times. \xc2\xb7 A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
