Our client is a leading organisation within the law enforcement industry. They are seeking a talented and dynamic Divisional Business Manager (administrator) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of their division and make a significant impact.Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration of key meetings within the division, including intelligence division all-staff meetings, TTCG, and deep dives
- Maintaining the Divisional Business Continuity Plan
- Supporting the division with training planning and administration
- Assisting with the recruitment processes within the division
- Collating and presenting divisional statistics
- Managing the Chief Intelligence Officer's diary appointments
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collate and present data effectively
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in supporting recruitment processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
