Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a small, successful local business?

Perhaps you have gained office experience, but would like to move into a finance role?

If you are available immediately, then we have a lovely opportunity working for this Godstone based company on a temp to perm basis.

Salary: \xc2\xa322,500 - \xc2\xa323,000

Start: ASAP - 8 to 12 weeks temp to perm

Location: Godstone - due to the rural location, your own transport is essential

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - flexible on working hours

What will your working week involve?

• Weekly payroll of 150 subcontractors (knowledge of CIS would be an advantage).
• Entering payments into the banking system.
• Maintaining the cashbook.
• Entering invoices and journals.

Do you have the required skills for the role?

Ideally you will have worked in finance for a small company and small accounts team before, but full training will be offered.

• Previous payroll or CIS experience would be an advantage
• Intermediate level using Microsoft Office to include Word/Excel & Outlook
• Knowledge of Redsky accounts package would be an advantage but is not expected
• Great attention to detail
• Well organised and can follow a process end-to-end, without supervision
• Excellent written communications, internal and external
• Diligent and accurate approach
• Ability to cope under pressure and multi-task
• Honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts
• Patient and consistent - excellent attention to detail and accuracy, even with repetitive work, and make cautious decisions within clear guidelines
• A co-operative working style - you are able to work well with others, and have knowledge of the principles that underpin good customer care
• Keen to progress and develop finance knowledge, skills and experience
