With sales in excess of 90m across 30+ sites and a team of 450+ people, LBS Builders Merchants, South Wales' largest independent builders' merchant is looking for the best people to join its LBS Cardigan team.
The Role:
To take ownership and enter inbound sales via various online channels onto the company sales software programme. To book courier deliveries and print packing labels. To enter dispatch information onto the relevant ecommerce platform in order that customers are supplied with up-to-date tracking information. To monitor stock levels on systems, transfer stock from alternative branches if required or assist with supplier purchases to fulfil orders. Process goods received notes, booking transfers in and out. Checking off monthly purchase invoices for direct to site orders. To assist with monitoring work in progress status for customers, directs and supplier orders. To assist with purchasing of warehouse packaging and office stationery. To participate in departmental stock takes as and when required.
Hours of Work:
An average of 38.75 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4:30pmSalary
