We are looking to welcome another member to our team, and if you are a dedicated professional who is well organised, flexible, and happy to jump in to give a helping hand with some bookkeeping and a bit of financial administration you are the one we're looking for!

SKILLS
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Must be very organised; attention to detail is essential
Confident with IT and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Ability to take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned, including taking the initiative to learn
Strong communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Be a team player
Has experience of handling sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work
Willingness to work outside normal office hours occasionally
