Job overview
You'll be responsible for providing effective and high-quality administration support, promoting efficient delivery of the OCL Trust policies, supporting the ethos and aims of the Academy, and functioning as a key support in ensuring smooth operations across both recruitment and broader HR departments.
Job requirements
Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
A high level of verbal and written communication standards
Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
High level of confidentiality
