We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator / Planner to join our busy operations team. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of projects by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're someone who thrives on structure, enjoys variety, and is confident using Microsoft Office, we'd love to hear from you.
No construction experience? No problem.
We'll provide full training on the specific systems and industry terms. What we're really looking for is someone with strong admin skills, great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
What you'll be doing:
Project Support & Administration
Helping the team stay organised by preparing project documents, schedules, and reports
Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks like updating records, logging changes, and chasing information
Creating or formatting documents such as price lists, worksheets, or health & safety documents (full support and templates provided)
Office Organisation
Keeping things running smoothly in the Stockport office - from ordering stationery to managing deliveries
Coordinating equipment and supplies to ensure site teams are fully supported with what they need
Purchasing & Invoicing
Raising purchase orders for suppliers
Supporting the processing of subcontractor invoices (don't worry - we'll show you how)
Systems & Data Entry
Updating project information in our systems - accuracy and consistency are key
Learning how to use internal tools (like our project or planning software) - full training provided

Someone with strong administration skills and a good grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A confident communicator who can stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
