Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor for a leading Marine company based in Totton.

This role offers free parking, a huge range of retail discounts from high street and online retailers, employee assistance programme, pension contribution, medicash healthcare scheme & company social events! Working hours are 8:00-5:00, Monday to Friday.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Entering sales orders onto the bespoke system
  • Processing orders
  • Arranging freight of goods in UK and Export
  • Liaising with customers and providing delivery updates
  • Producing reports on dispatch of goods
  • Monitoring status of goods
  • Providing a high level of administrative support
We\'d love to speak to candidates who have/are:
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Previous order processing experience
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Able to use own initiative and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
