Financial Promotions Support Officer / Administrator - Hybrid Solihull

We are recruiting for a new consultant to join our

Financial Promotions

department as the

Financial Promotions Support Officer

/ Administrator

. The team are an integral part of our large Risk and Compliance function.

The role duties include the following - To provide expert support to internal and partner Mortgage and Protection Advisory firms, providing an initial point of guidance in relation to the full range of financial promotions, with specific focus and specialism in business stationery and social media licencing.
The role also includes providing administrative support to the Financial Promotions function, playing a vital role in the departments objective of delivering a world-class experience in supporting brokers in achieving their financial promotions objectives in a compliant and effective manner.

The role is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required at our HQ in Solihull and 3 days per week from home or full time office if preferred.

Main Accountabilities:



To provide assistance and guidance to advisers so that all financial promotions are compliant ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Ensure relevant policies and procedures are updated as necessary where things change. Follow FCA rules and guidelines for financial promotions and adhere to the B2B and B2C approval processes. Lead role in the assessment and approval of AR firms business stationery. Assist in the management of the social media licencing process, including day to day management of function record keeping and assessment/approval of individual social media licence applications. Oversight of Financial Promotions Outlook in-box to ensure timely acknowledgement of all submissions and assignment distribution of submitted promotions to the Financial Promotions Consultants


Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required for the role:



Ideally 1 years' experience within the financial services sector Some demonstrable knowledge of the UK mortgage and personal protection sector. Ideally some general knowledge of FCA regulation including Consumer Duty requirements. Desire to learn and to grow with the role Experience of giving outstanding customer service

Salary is between 24,000 and 25,000 per annum DOE
