  • Serve as first point of contact, relaying messages accurately.
  • Support the Nursing LAC team with administrative tasks.
  • Update and maintain client data in RiO.
  • Prepare and send correspondence on time.
  • Handle office duties: calls, photocopying, scanning, filing.
  • Manage emails and notify staff of updates.
  • Maintain and update health records.
  • Coordinate health assessments for LAC children.
  • Generate data and reports on LAC cases.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Assist with data collection and maintain spreadsheets.
