Main Purpose of the Role:



Managing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) for our Kit and Interiors Planning Team Coordinating hire/off-hire of plant equipment and handling related admin--POs, invoices, queries Working closely with Finance to resolve any order or payment hiccups Liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers to ensure things run like clockwork Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and jumping in when help is needed Playing a key role in planning and negotiating plant equipment on the best possible terms
What We're Looking For:

A confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with purchasing/order systems (Navision knowledge is a big plus!) A self-starter who's great at prioritizing and time management A collaborative team player with a friendly, can-do attitude Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact at all levels
