This is a dynamic, multi-skilled role. While administration is the core focus, flexibility is essential - you may find yourself supporting in the warehouse or assisting in our trade shop at short notice. If you enjoy variety, can multitask effectively, and like working as part of a close-knit team, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer communications by phone and email
Processing sales orders and maintaining records
Supporting logistics, stock management and supplier coordination
Assisting in the warehouse and trade shop as required
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
Previous experience in admin or customer service roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work flexibly and support different areas of the business
Positive team player with a "can-do" approach
